Our strategy follows the IB Mission and Philosophy and aims at lifelong learning in the 21st century. It is being analyzed into 3 main pillars, which constitute the holistic approach to education.
21st century life-long learners
21st century learning is the emphasis on the students' roles as active discoverers who take ownership of their experiences, know how to communicate and collaborate. Active learning offers a path for them to develop the cognitive and interpersonal skills they will need to use information differently in the digital age. Learning which is inquiry in nature, relevant to real life and the future, and which is accelerated by technology is being implemented. Learners can learn anywhere, anytime and with anyone and so ISP learning practices reflect this.

We prepare our students for the challenges and opportunities that will arise from changes in technologies, economies, and societies. Innovation, technology advancements and digital citizenship are key components in our philosophy and moving forward decision making strategies. Committing to lifelong learning allows us to adapt to change, stay competitive, and contribute to a better fast paced changing world.
To thrive in the 21st century, students need more than traditional academic learning. They need to be able to possess multiple skills such as critical thinking, creativity, adaptability, resilience, problem solving, teamwork and empathy. These skills will equip our students to succeed in the rapidly evolving digital economy.
In the educational process, teachers support and guide all students to reach their highest individual level. Through activities tailored to their needs, promoting inquiry, motivating, encouraging initiative, providing service to the community, actively participating in the development of instructional goals, expressing their own ideas and having freedom of choice, our students are guided to success while feeling that they have an active role in the learning process.
The mental and physical health of the whole school community is our primary goal. Through the promotion of overall well-being, we achieve the development and mastery of a holistic approach to education.
Proper nutrition, exercise, the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in combination with support, guidance and counselling from our qualified staff help both our students and teachers to feel safe and productive in the school environment.
Our students contact with many different cultures and learn to accept and respect diversity. Regardless of gender, ethnicity, colour or religious beliefs, all children have equal opportunities in the educational process in an inclusive environment. The use of technology, language support and differentiated teaching are supportive tools to help all pupils feel that their school is an open community of learning and intercultural expression.
